The last time the Celtics made it to the NBA Finals was in 2010 in Game 7 of the series against the Lakers. Boston was short-handed in L.A. playing with an injured Kendrick Perkins. After a good starting point, and a 23-14 leading quarter, Boston fell to a much-awaken Lakers team that pulled out an 83-79 victory for their 16th championship.
