The NBA All-Star Weekend, which took place from Feb. 16-18, has ended, and fans are now waiting for the next game. The weekend was filled with various fun activities, including the Skills Challenge, the 3-Point Contest, the Sabrina vs. Steph special, and the All-Star Game. The All-Star Game, held on February 18, saw Team East defeat Team West with the historic record of points, 211-186 in a thrilling game that went down to the wire.

Currently, teams and players are enjoying a three-day break after the All-Star game, which took place on February 18. From February 19 to 21, there are no scheduled regular season games, giving players a chance to rest and recover. There aren’t any planned league-wide events during this brief break, and players will most likely use this time to take some time off. Their activities could vary from person to person, but many of them will use this time to spend with their families, travel, or work on their skills.

Back to action

However, the NBA action will resume on February 22, when 24 teams take the court for 12 games. On February 23, another full schedule will be with 10 total games. Fans can expect to see some exciting games, with four scheduled for 7:00 p.m. ET, including the Cleveland Cavaliers vs. Orlando Magic, Toronto Raptors vs. Brooklyn Nets, Philadelphia 76ers vs. New York Knicks, and Indiana Pacers vs. Detroit Pistons.

It’s important to note that March 1 is the Playoff Eligibility Waiver Deadline. Only players signed before this deadline will be eligible for postseason participation. Therefore, teams will be looking to make any necessary moves before the deadline to ensure they can make it to the playoffs.

Finally, the regular season will end on April 14, and the Play-In Tournament will take place on Apr. 16-19. The tournament will involve the teams that finish 7th to 10th in each conference, with the seventh and eighth-placed teams competing for the seventh seed and the ninth and tenth-placed teams competing for the eighth seed. The winners of each game will then advance to the playoffs.
