How much does Caitlin Clark’s Indiana Fever jersey cost and where to buy it
Recently touched down in WNBA, the record-breaking point guard’s iconic No.22 basketball jersey is already a best seller.
Caitlin Clark’s Indiana Fever jersey has only been on sale for a couple of weeks and it’s already flying off the shelves. Clark signed her rookie contract with the Fever on 27 April and since then, fans have been clamouring to get the iconic No.22 jersey of a player who has redefined the women’s game like no one else. Hardly surprising after online retailers Fanatics revealed that more Caitlin Clark-related merchandising was sold “than any other individual men’s or women’s NIL-era college athlete across all sports since 2022” just a couple of months ago.
During the past four years with the Iowa Hawkeyes, Caitlin has rewritten the history books - breaking the Big Ten all-time scoring record, Iowa’s single-game scoring record and racking up the most points in one single season in Division I women’s history among other NCAA record-breaking achievements.
Caitlin Clark Indiana Fever jersey already sold out
Now the 22-year-old’s officially licensed Indiana Fever number 22 jersey is selling so fast that the first batch has already sold out at the WNBA online store. Fanatics confirmed that Clark’s new No. 22 jersey sold out within an hour of her draft announcement.
The unisex jersey, manufactured by Nike, is made with a lightweight double-knit fabric (100% Polyester) and features a V-neck and droptail hem with side splits. Two models are available in adult and youth sizes: the home jersey, the WNBA Draft Explorer Edition Victory, is navy blue with a star pattern down each side plus yellow and red detailing, while the away jersey, the WNBA Draft Rebel Edition Victory is crimson red with dark red stripes and trimming.
The adult jerseys are available in six sizes (XS, S, M, L, XL and 2XL) and retail at $99.99 while the youth edition comes in four sizes (Yth S, Yth M, Yth L and Yth XL) and is priced at $89.99.
The WNBA store hopes to have new stock available to ship by August. Caitlin Clark’s Indian Fever jersey is also available to pre-order from Fanatics at the same price with free US shipping on all orders over $24.
Clark secured a multi-million dollar partnership deal with Nike at the end of 2022 and is able to profit from her image and likeness because of the name, image and likeness (NIL) rules which the NCAA approved in 2021. With news of recent shirt sales skyrocketing, it looks like the deal is already paying off.
