March Madness games today: NCAA Men’s D1 basketball Sunday second round matchups
The first weekend of March Madness is almost in the books, but we still have an action packed Sunday to determine who will be moving on to the Sweet 16.

The first weekend of the NCAA Tournament wraps up on Sunday night, and eight teams will advance to the Sweet 16. There have already been some incredible moments and unforgettable games. The Sunday slate of games is stacked full of reigning champs, former champs and the biggest superstar in college hoops.
UCONN, Flagg and Sparty on the Sunday slate
Sixteen teams will battle for the final eight spots in next weeks Sweet 16, and the calendar couldn’t be any more loaded. We start with the two time defending champions, UCONN, taking on the one seeded Florida Gators. After that, Cooper Flagg and Duke will play a sneaky 9 seed in Baylor.
Kentucky plays Illinois looking to regain it’s glory in the Big Dance. St. Mary’s will try and stun an Alabama side that has been at the top of the Top 25 all year, while Tom Izzo and Michigan State looking to get to another Sweet 16 but they will have to get past a tough New Mexico team.
The first game tips off at noon eastern time and goes all through the night. Get your brackets out and your popcorn ready. We have nonstop tourney action on one of the most exciting days of the year in college basketball.
