The first full Saturday of college football season is upon us which means ESPN’s College Gameday is back to its regular format and we got to see Corso in action for the first time as the 89-year old didn’t make the trip with the show to Dublin last week.

Corso offered his his picks for the forthcoming season and the former Indiana and Northern Illinois head coach is very optimistic about Notre Dame and tips the Fighting Irish ahead of the 2024 season, so much so that he sees the Irish making it all the way to the final four.

Georgia, Ohio State, Notre Dame, and Texas are the quartet of teams who Corso singled out to be the last four teams standing in the 12-team playoff with the veteran analyst tipping Texas for the title.
