The Falcons have never beat the Nittany Lions and today they could make history by beating a Big-10 powerhouse on the road. Penn State has a winning record against BGSU with two wins. MAC teams have struggled against Big-10 teams, but have pulled out a few wins over the years. Ohio University beat Penn State 24 - 14 in 2012 and the Toledo Rockets have a 1.000 winning percentage against the Nittany Lions, with one win in their only meeting in 2000 when the team from Northwest Ohio won 24 - 6. No other MAC team has beat Penn State and the odds are against BGSU today, but the alarm bells are ringing in Happy Valley as the Falcons look to upset the Nittany Lions for the first time in history.
