The Miami Dolphins are expected to go into their Sunday matchup against San Francisco without two of their available starting offensive tackles.

Meanwhile, the availability of the 49ers’ best offensive lineman is in question, too.

All-Pro left tackle Trent Williams is questionable ahead of the Week 13 matchup after leaving the field Friday with a back condition. 49ers coach Kyle Shanahan announced the news, adding that Williams’ status will be determined over the next two days.

Backup Colton McKivitz is likely to replace Williams if he’s unable to play.

Wide receiver Deebo Samuel is also listed as questionable for Sunday’s game due to a quadriceps injury. The 26-year-old did not take part in practice on Friday, but he was later seen on the field. It is unknown whether he took part in limited practice.

Defensive end Charles Omenihu and guard Spencer Burford are also listed as questionable for Sunday’s game, while running back Elijah Mitchell is listed as out (knee).

Fortunately for San Fran, running back Christian McCaffrey, who experienced knee irritation in the 49ers’ 13-0 victory over the New Orleans Saints on Sunday, has been cleared to play against the Dolphins. Quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo (knee) was also cleared to play, in addition to defensive tackle Arik Armstead.

Armstead will return to playing on Sunday for the first time since Oct. 3 after having suffered two foot injuries: plantar fasciitis and a hairline ankle fracture.

As for the Dolphins, one player is listed as out, starting right tackle Austin Jackson (ankle), and another is listed as doubtful, starting left tackle Terron Armstead (toe/pec).
