The Colts can improve to a 3-1 record if Richardson returns this week.

Indianapolis Colts’ rookie quarterback, Anthony Richardson, has been dealing with a concussion since week two. Luckily for the Colts, it seems Richardson will return to Colts’ practice today. However, he will remain under concussion protocol, limiting his activities, according to Adam Schefter.

Richardson’s Injury progress

Richardson sustained his injury during the second week of play against the Houston Texans when he took a hard fall in the end zone. Despite attempting to soldier on for a few more plays, it was evident that he was not in the right condition, prompting him to remove himself from the game to avoid worsening the injury.

As for Richardson’s injury progress, there is no official update at this time. However, his participation in practice this week suggests a possibility of him starting this week as he works on his reads and drills.

Richardson has had an impressive start for the Colts, throwing for 279 yards and a touchdown while rushing for 75 yards and three touchdowns. He has introduced a versatile style to the Colts that they haven’t experienced before, contributing to their 2-1 record at the beginning of the season.
