The outgoing coach had an impressive 98-50 record during his time in charge, with eight of his victories coming in the postseason. However, the Bills failed to win a Conference Championship or reach the Super Bowl in that time.

The team also endured some painful playoff defeats along the way. Against the Broncos on Saturday, the Bills surrendered a fourth quarter lead for a third postseason running.
