The NFL has moved the Week 11 game between the Buffalo Bills and the Cleveland Browns from Highmark Stadium in Orchard Park, New York to Ford Field in Detroit due to a snowstorm that is about to hit Buffalo.

The decision to move the game will affect football fans who have bought tickets to watch at Highmark, but they will be given a chance to get a refund, according to Bills COO Ron Raccuia.

Bills office: Ticket holders already informed

Raccuia said that they’ve sent an email to ticket holders, who will receive a refund depending on how they made the purchase.

Those who hold Bills season tickets will receive automatic credit in their accounts for the game against the Browns. For fans who bought single entries from the Bills Ticket Office, they will automatically receive a refund depending on how they paid for their purchase. The office will start processing refunds on Dec. 2.

Fans who purchased their tickets from an entity other than the Buffalo Bills, NFL Ticket Exchange, or Ticketmaster, will have to contact their particular source to get a refund.

The game between the Buffalo Bills and the Cleveland Browns will take place on Sunday, Nov. 20, at 1 p.m. ET.
