The Chiefs will be looking to sew up the AFC’s No. 1 seed when they play vs. the Raiders in Las Vegas.
Kansas City are sitting at 13-3 in the standings and have momentum trending in the right direction going into the game.
The visitors have dominated the series over the years, coming out on top in nine of the last 10 encounters, although they will need to be fully focused on the game taking into consideration how tight was their first clash this season back in October, which ended with a 30-29 victory for Andy Reid’s team.
Mecole Hardman seems to have recovered from his abdominal problems, while L’Jarius Sneed, with a hip issue, will miss out. Key players Patrick Mahomes and Travis Kelce are healthy and ready to play.
Raiders
Since that game, the Silver and Black have struggled more than expected, winning just five matches while losing five one-score games.
The game against the Chiefs may be a motivation for Josh McDaniels’ men going into the offseason, as they may want to take revenge after such a tight loss.
The injury list for the hosts is quite a bit longer than that of Kansas City. Jarrett Stidham, who’s going through an elbow injury, and Davante Adams are both doubtful.
However, the main issue is in the defense line, with at least seven players having already been ruled out for the weekend clash.
