Could Travis Kelce have been electrocuted by members of the Secret Service?
Taylor Swift’s boyfriend claimed that the Secret Service advised him to avoid President Joe Biden during his visit to the White House.
The Kansas City Chiefs visited the White House for the second year in a row to visit President Joe Biden and celebrate together their victory in Super Bowl LVIII over the San Francisco 49ers.
Last year, Travis Kelce, tight end for the AFC West team, took the stand and took the microphone to speak before the cameras before Patrick Mahomes pulled him aside to avoid any inconvenience. For this year, Taylor Swift's boyfriend claimed that the Secret Service told him to stay away.
“When I entered (the White House), four or five members of the Secret Service came up to me and said, ‘If you come on the stand, we are authorized to electrocute you’,” Travis said in the latest episode of the podcast New Heights.
Kelce will always visit the White House no matter who is president
For Travis, the fact that the president of the United States takes a moment to recognize his work and his excellence as an athlete is something that cannot be left aside. Therefore, he will visit the address located at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue regardless of who the POTUS is.
“It is always an honor to go to the White House. Every time I have the opportunity to be recognized by the president of the United States and to be able to go with my teammates and a group of men and women that I was successful with to the point where we can get the recognition, I’m doing it every time. ”, explained the 87 of the Chiefs. “No matter who’s in charge, no matter what’s going on in this world, I think it’s a great opportunity.”
On November 5, 2024, the United States will hold presidential elections. Joe Biden, the Democratic candidate, is seeking re-election, while Donald Trump is seeking another term as president despite the charges against him in the Stormy Daniels case.
