Deshaun Watson’s disciplinary hearing with the disciplinary officer appointed by the NFL and NFL Players Association, Sue L. Robinson, continues.

According to ESPN’s Adam Schefter and Ian Rapoport of NFL Network, the 26-year-old’s hearing with Robinson, which began on Tuesday, will continue through at least Thursday.

Watson, who was accused by 24 women of sexual misconduct during massage sessions throughout his time with the Houston Texans, has consistently maintained his innocence. Regardless of two grand juries declining to indict the quarterback, and Watson settling 20 of those 24 cases last week, the NFL continues to run its own conduct policy.

Moreover, it was reported earlier on Wednesday that the NFL is still seeking an indefinite suspension that would not allow Watson to play at all during the upcoming campaign. The league also won’t accept a six-to-eight contest ban to avoid an appeal.

Meanwhile, the Houston Texans are being sued.

How long will Deshaun Watson’s hearing be?

It’s unclear how much longer the hearing will last, but as far as we know, things will continue until Judge Robinson issues a decision. Robinson is expected to take arguments from the Browns QB, the NFL and the union throughout the remainder of the hearing, with the league presenting five women’s cases, four of whom have already spoken with the Judge.

If Robinson rules Watson didn’t violate the personal conduct policy, the case is basically over. However, if she imposes any suspension, the NFL and/or Watson have the chance to appeal. NFL commissioner Roger Goodell can then handle the appeal, or choose an independent ruler who can make a final ruling.
