Dolphins vs Patriots NFL week 17 injury report: Is Tua Tagovailoa definitely out?
The Miami Dolphins head to New England to face the Patriots in their Week 17 matchup. QB Tua Tagovailoa is ruled out after suffering yet another concussion.
The New England Patriots host the Miami Dolphins for their Week 17 matchup, and the 7-8 Pats need a win if they are to keep their playoff hopes alive.
Short-handed Patriots
The Patriots will be short at least four players. Defensive backs Marcus Jones (concussion) and Jack Jones (knee) have been ruled out for the crucial game, as well as tight end Jonnu Smith and wide receiver DeVante Parker, both recovering from concussions.

New England has listed five other players as questionable: tight end Hunter Henry (knee), cornerbacks Jonathan Jones (chest) and Jalen Mills (groin), running back Rhamondre Stevenson (ankle), and wide receiver Tyquan Thornton (knee).
Tua out again due to concussion
There is only one person who has been ruled out for the Miami Dolphins. Unfortunately, it is their standout quarterback Tua Tagovailoa, who has entered concussion protocol for the third time this season.
The Dolphins have listed offensive tackle Eric Fisher as doubtful as he continues to nurse a calf injury.
Miami has listed six players as questionable: offensive tackle Terron Armstead, who has dealt with a toe injury the whole season on top of injuries to the pectoral area, knee, and hip; linebacker Bradley Chubb who has ankle and hand issues; cornerback Xavien Howard (knee), wide receiver River Cracraft (calf), tackle Greg Little (foot), and fullback Alec Ingold (thumb).
The Dolphins have lost four consecutive games and have plunged to 8-7, but are holding on to the third AFC Wild Card.
