Estados Unidos Update:

San Francisco 49ers fans finally have reason to breathe. Fred Warner has been cleared to return to practice, a huge boost as the team pushes deeper into the playoffs.

The 2025-2026 NFL season has been one of the most injury-plagued in recent memory for the 49ers. With more than seven key players sidelined throughout the year and another critical loss in the playoffs, George Kittle, the team has struggled to stay fully healthy. Every position group has felt the impact, yet despite these setbacks, San Francisco has kept competing, even pulling off a win against the Philadelphia Eagles to remain playoff-bound.

49ers handed major boost before Seahawks test

With the 49ers heading into the Divisional Round and awaiting the Seattle Seahawks, Kyle Shanahan’s squad finally has a glimmer of hope to turn a strong season into something truly special. Warner’s return promises a major emotional lift for the team.

Warner’s injury occurred on October 12, and the images sent shockwaves through the team. Given the severity of the injury, many thought he might not return until next season. But on Tuesday afternoon, the news fans had been waiting for finally arrived.

Will Warner suit up against Seattle?

“Kyle Shanahan announced that Fred Warner’s practice window is officially open,” the team confirmed in an official statement.

While it isn’t guaranteed that the star linebacker will play this weekend against the Seahawks, the chances are high. At best, and what is increasingly looking like a near certainty, Warner will be ready for the Conference Championship, though there’s still a full game of work ahead.
