How much do tickets for Cowboys vs Buccaneers NFL Wild Card Weekend game cost?

There’s no point in sugar coating it, ticket prices for the Cowboys’ Wild Card game against the Buccaneers aren’t kind. None the less, here’s the breakdown.

Update:
El expasador de los Cowboys, Tony Romo, ahora en cabina en CBS, indicó que no hay razón para esperar un mal año de los Bucs. Es solo la primera semana, apuntó.

When these two teams met back in Week 1, it was the Bucs that got the win by a score of 19-3. A humbling result for a Cowboys side, that was highly favored coming into the season. Now, they meet again in the Wild Card Round of the 2022-23 NFL playoffs, which is to say it’s a winner-takes-all situation. If you didn’t know, this is a massive game which will see Dallas’ Dak Prescott take on the legendary Tom Brady. As you can probably guess, tickets to see such an affair aren’t cheap, but if you’d really like to know how much it’ll set you back, we’ve got you covered.

Cowboys vs Buccaneers: What to know

Monday Night Football will see the Tampa Bay Buccaneers who sit on an 8-9 record, hosting the Dallas Cowboys who are working with 12-5. It’ll be the curtain call for the Wild Card Round when the sides meet at the Raymond James Stadium in Tampa and we’re expecting an epic one. After a season in which they lost more than they won, it may surprise some to see the Buccaneers in their third consecutive postseason appearance, but here they are none the less. Where the Cowboys are concerned, this is their second straight trip to the playoffs, but it’s worth noting that the they haven’t advanced to the Divisional Round since 2018. Additionally, both teams are coming off of a loss in the final week of the regular season, meaning form means nothing coming into this one.

Regarding key induvial battles, there is no way to escape the idea, that when the final whistle is blown, the first place that fans, coaches and analysts look is the quarterback. That of course brings us to the duel between Dallas’ Dak Prescott and Tampa Bay’s legendary signal caller, Tom Brady. If we take a look at the Cowboys’ man in the middle, there is no denying that Prescott is talented, but it would be inaccurate to say that he’s shown that consistently this past season. Indeed, the Cowboys QB has conceded an eyebrow-raising 15 interceptions this campaign which is not good. It goes without saying he can ill-afford to do that on Monday. Then, there’s the man most people consider the GOAT. Despite chatter that suggests Brady is past it, the truth is the numbers say otherwise. With 733 attempts on the season, he’s once again the NFL’s leader for the second season running. To be fair, he made 14 more passes this than last season, meaning he finished the season with 276.1 yards per game, but that’s still more than a little above the league average of 200. This is all to say, it would be a mistake to believe that Brady has lost a step and given his record against Dallas - he’s never lost - plus the fact that we all know he’s a different player in the post season, expect to see fireworks.

What about ticket prices for Cowboys vs Buccaneers?

We’ll get straight to the point with this. Tickets to get into the Raymond James Stadium in Tampa Florida for an 8:15 p.m. ET kickoff on Monday, January 16th, between the Dallas Cowboys and Tampa Bay Buccaneers, are not cheap. According to TicketSmarter, the cheapest tickets available for Monday’s clash are going for $184. The average price for entry, however, is an uncomfortable $525. If you’re a true fan, or you’ve got money to burn then you’re looking at close to $4000 a pop for the most expensive. Enjoy!
