Update:

Throughout his NFL career, Josh Allen has been remarkably durable, missing only four games due to injury. All four of those missed games occurred during his rookie season in 2018.

The only time he was sidelined was due to a Grade 2 UCL sprain in his throwing elbow, suffered in Week 6 against the Houston Texans. He missed Weeks 7, 8, 9, and 10 before returning after the Bills’ Week 11 bye.

Week 17 Allen injury latest

Allen is currently dealing with a right foot injury suffered last Sunday against the Browns. While he missed a walkthrough earlier this week, he is officially a “full-go” for this Sunday’s game against the Eagles.

The 29-year-old has no injury designation and is 100% expected to start.

Buffalo Bills head coach Sean McDermott stated today that Allen has “gotten better each day” and the foot soreness has largely dissipated. He is not expected to have any mobility limitations on Sunday.

After sitting out Tuesday and being limited on Wednesday and Thursday (Christmas), Allen returned to full practice today.
