Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen has just entered a new stage in life as he and wife Hailee Steinfeld announced the birth of their daughter.
Josh Allen has accomplished plenty on the football field, but his latest milestone comes off of the gridiron. The Buffalo Bills quarterback and his wife, Hailee Steinfeld, have welcomed their first child together, announcing the birth of a baby girl this week.
Steinfeld shared the news in a Substack post titled “Special Delivery”, writing: “Our baby girl has arrived!! We’re feeling incredibly grateful and blessed and savouring these early moments.”

From quarterback to dad: Josh Allen shares major life update
The moment marks a major life change for Allen as he enters fatherhood for the first time at 29 years old. Earlier this year, he spoke openly about how much the transition means to him, even putting it above his football career.
“This is the most important thing I’ll ever be in my life, being a dad,” Allen said during a January press conference.

Allen and Steinfeld first began dating in 2023 and quickly became one of the most high-profile couples in sports and entertainment. They were married in 2025 and announced they were expecting their first child just months later, sharing a winter-themed video that revealed Steinfeld’s baby bump. Now, less than a year after tying the knot, the couple has officially started a new chapter together.
Josh Allen is used to delivering in big moments. This time, though, it isn’t about touchdowns or playoff runs. It’s about something far more personal. And as he begins life as a father, it’s clear his most meaningful role is just getting started.
