Justin Tucker apologizes, but maintains innocence amidst sexual misconduct claims
Baltimore Ravens kicker Justin Tucker has been accused of sexual misconduct by 16 different massage therapists, and this is what he had to say about it.

The NFL is investigating claims against Baltimore Ravens kicker Justin Tucker. The Baltimore Banner broke the story as 16 different women, all massage therapists, said that Tucker behaved inappropriately during massage sessions with them.
The allegations against Tucker are extremely serious and are said to have happened between 2012 (his rookie season) and 2016 across eight different spas in the Baltimore area. All 16 women had similar stories of his inappropriate sexual behavior, despite few of them knowing each other. Ravens general manager called the accusations “concerning”.

Throughout this whole process, Tucker has maintained his innocence, calling the allegations “false and incredibly hurtful”, for him as well as his family. Tucker is married to his college sweetheart, Amanda Bass, and together they have an eight-year-old son.

Tucker has now released a new statement apologizing, but not admitting guilt. Here’s what the 35-year-old kicker said.
“It devastates me to know that anyone I have worked with would not have felt respected and valued as a professional, but more importantly as a person, and to anyone who has felt otherwise, I am sorry,” Tucker said in a statement to Outkick on Thursday. “I want you to know I am committed to ensuring that everyone I interact with continues to feel that I respect them and care about them as a human being.”
The allegations include multiple counts of Tucker exposing his genitals, brushing them against the massage therapists' thighs, and in some cases even leaving behind what appeared to be semen on the massage table. Two of the eight spas told the Banner that they’d banned Tucker from returning.
“I maintain I did not act inappropriately at any point before, during, or after a professional bodywork treatment session, nor have I ever been told I am unwelcome at any massage therapy provider. These claims are simply not true,” Tucker said. “Throughout the last four weeks, I have spent countless hours replaying every interaction I have had with bodywork professionals over the last 13 years. I can assure whoever is reading this that I have never intended to disrespect anyone, cross any boundary, or make anyone feel uncomfortable in any way whatsoever.”
The accusations are shocking, as the beloved player is considered not only the greatest kicker in NFL history, but also a devout Catholic and family man. The truth is, sexual assault can occur at the hands of those who we least expect, challenging our assumptions about perpetrators and highlighting the importance of remaining vigilant in all situations.
The NFL continues to investigate the claims, but Tucker maintains his innocence.
