Lamar Jackson injury sparks concern: Will he miss games for the Ravens?
The Baltimore Ravens suffered a 28-24 loss to the New England Patriots and will now be worrying about the quarterback’s status.

Sunday night’s loss to the New England Patriots could prove to be a major turning point in the Baltimore Ravens’ 2025 season.
The 28-24 defeat sees the Ravens lose ground in the race for a playoff place and an injury to quarterback Lamar Jackson could complicate matters going forward. Jackson left Sunday’s game with two minutes remaining in the first half and appeared in pain as he headed to the locker room.

Baltimore initially listed Jackson as ‘questionable to return’ but he was officially ruled out of the game late in the third quarter. ESPN reports that Jackson sustained the injury on a 3-yard run when Craig Woodson’s knee connected with his left-lower back.
It’s the latest injury setback for Jackson, who has already picked up hamstring, knee, ankle and toe complaints this year. His absences through the first two months of the season were so keenly-felt that the team appears to have made a conscious decision to reduce his rushing game.
After their victory on Sunday, the Pittsburgh Steelers have claimed first place in the AFC North. The 7-8 Ravens are two game behind the Steelers, meaning they have no margin for error in the remaining two weeks of the regular season.
