The Broncos and Seahawks will get their campaigns off and running on Monday night and there is a certain QB who will be in the spotlight having played for both. We take a look at what you need to know about how to watch it all.

How to watch Denver Broncos vs Seattle Seahawks

With kickoff set for 8:15 p.m. ET, the Denver Broncos will face the Seattle Seahawks at Lumen Field in Seattle, Washington on Monday, 12th September 2022. If you’d like to watch the game on TV, then ABC is your channel of choice. If, however, you’d like to stream the game then you’ve got some options such as ESPN+, SlingTV and of course there is FuboTV, which will give you a free trial. You can also check in with us here as we will be bringing you live text coverage throughout the game.

What you should know about Broncos vs Seahawks

To be frank, neither of these teams enjoyed a great campaign during the last season. Denver struggled last year, ending up with a 7-10 record while Seattle literally couldn’t do any better as they finished the season with the exact same record of 7-10. With that in mind, one can imagine that both teams are looking to get off to a positive start in 2022 NFL regular season.

Of course, the bulk of the attention is likely to be paid to Russell Wilson. The former Seahawks QB led the franchise to its first Super Bowl title and in eight of his ten seasons with the team, took them to the playoffs. Wilson will in fact be making his Broncos debut so expect this one to be an interesting affair for all involved. An interesting point to note is the fact that the Broncos were the best in rushing touchdowns allowed, finishing the 2021 season giving up only nine. In contrast, Seattle ranked second worst in the league regarding passing yards allowed per game last season, where the squad gave up 280.4 on average. Granted, this is a new season, but such trends have a way of repeating themselves. In truth, with Wilson making an emotional return to a stadium in which he’s regarded as the best QB they ever had and the Broncos having made some interesting moves in the offseason, this should actually be a very good game. Get ready!
