Niners 42 - 19 Eagles summary, stats, scores and highlights | NFL Week 13
Keep up with all of the scores from Week 13 with AS English.
- NFC Rematch
- Eagles put 10-1 record on line against hottest team in NFL
- Philly’s 13 TD streak in the red zone snapped on first drive
- SF take 7-6 after going three and out on their first three drives
- Greenlaw and head of PHI security ejected after scuffle
You figured with the score being out of reach the Niners were going to just run some clock after the recovered onside kick, but instead Deebo breaks another one and takes it to the house from 44 yards out! He ended the night with 4 catches for 116 yards and two TDs while adding another 22 yards and a TD on the ground.
The Niners still trail the Eagles by a game, but they do hold the tiebreaker over Philly and with their game against the Cowboys next week the Eagles are going to have their work cut out of them if they are going to hang on to the top spot in the NFC.

The Eagles have had a brutal last few weeks against the Chiefs and the Bills and this week against the Niners. That might have started to show in the second half, but that didn't stop San Fran from piling on the points, and almost embarrassing Philly under their own roof. This stiff arm from Jauan Johnson was nasty and he walked into the endzone for the fifth straight TD by the Niners.

Purdy threw for over 300 yards and 4 TDs, but he needs to buy Deebo dinner after this game or something. Two of these passes were short throws that Samuel took to the house. This one came on a pass over the middle, and a broken tackle that he took to the house from 48 yards out.

There was a lot of trash being talked this season, last offseason, and even after the Eagles won. Most of that talk came from this man right here, but Deebo Samuel backed up that talk with a monster game. He got into the end zone on this 12 yard TD after the reverse had the Eagles on skates. This was the third of six straight TD drives for the Niners after they went three and out on their first two drives.
Cargando...
You knew it was only a matter of time before Chrisitan McCaffery was going to get into the mix. He had 93 yards and a TD on the ground and added another three catches for 40 yards as he continues to add to his already impressive MVP resume.
Cargando...
The Niners offense settled down in the second quarter, and that was bad news for the Eagles. Purdy got things going with this two yard TD pass to Brandon Aiyuk who made a diving catch in the end zone which was reviewed and confirmed for a touchdown.
Cargando...
It was the matchup we had all been waiting for and the match up that the Niners were looking to avenge their loss in last year's NFC Championship. San Fran's offense didn't come out looking to good, going three and out on their first two drives, but the defense kept them in the game early on. Philly got into the red zone twice, but were held to two field goals and the Niners offense would start to pick up after totaling -6 yards in the first quarter.

Tonight's odds
The Eagles might be at home but the bookies think that the Niners have a good chance to hand Philly their second loss of the season. San Fran is a 3 point favorite with the Over/Under set at 47.
It's cold and it's rainy in Philadelphia, which makes me think these two defenses are going to come out and dictate the pace of this game. I don't dare pick a side in this one, so I'm going with the Under.
PHI 24-13.
NFC Championship flash back
The NFC Championship was a nightmare for the Niners who saw Brock Purdy and their then third string QB Josh Johnson knocked out of the game. Purdy was sidelined on the first possession of the night, and would only come into the game in a moment of desperation when Johnson suffered a concussion, but he couldn't throw a pass after sustaining the injury. The ground game led the Eagles to victory, as the back field by committee piled up 148 yards and four TDs which was more than enough to cruise past the Niners who could get nothing going on the offensive end.

NFC Standings
Taking a look at the NFC standings coming into Week 13, we see the Eagles at the top of the table with their 10-1 record. They are hanging on to the one spot which guarantees home field throughout the playoffs, but the Niners know if they hand the Eagles a loss tonight the race for the top spot gets much more interesting. The Cowboys and the Lions are also in the hunt, and will be keeping an eye on the score from the Link tonight.
San Fran's new look D
San Francisco already had a team that was going to compete for the Super Bowl coming into this season, but bringing in Chase Young took this defense to a whole new level. The defense has been the back bone of this team for the last few years, and with the addition of the former Washington Commanders, they look as good if not better than they have ever been. No one has benefited from Young’s presence on the D line than Nick Bosa, who has five sacks and a forced fumble in the last three games. Young has a sack and a half since debuting against the Jaguars three games ago.

Hurts on the MVP hunt
Jalen Hurts’ MVP resume got a big boost last week when he threw for three TDs and ran for another two against the Bills. His numbers aren’t incredible, coming into today with 2,697 yards, throwing 18 TDs with 10 INTs while rushing for another 11 TDs. His 11 TDs on the ground puts him in a tie for second with Christian McCaffery, trailing Raheem Mostert’s 13 for the Miami Dolphins. The MVP award is generally given to the player with the best statistical season but the way Hurts is leading his team in these wins, which often come in come from behind situations, will certainly get him some consideration for MVP.

Eagles last week
It took more than 60 minutes for the Eagles to take down the Buffalo Bills last week. They were down 17-7 at halftime but Jalen Hurts and the Eagles came roaring back in the second half. Hurts threw three TD passes in the final 18 minutes of regulation, but Philly still needed a game tying 59 yard field goal with 20 seconds left on the clock. The Eagles defense held the Bills to a field goal on the first possession of the OT session. That was all Hurts needed to march his team down field and run in the game winning 12 yard TD, his fifth total TD of the game.

Niners last week
The Niners had to hit the road for a Thanksgiving showdown against the Seattle Seahawks and handled their division rivals with ease. Christian McCaffery had a couple first half touchdown and the Niners went into the halftime break up 24-3. The Seahawks would try to make a comeback bid after the break, scoring 10 points, but Brock Purdy’s 28 yard pass to Brandon Aiyuk put the game to rest to secure their third straight win

We are live from the Link
Hello everyone and welcome to the City of Brotherly Love where the stage is set for a rematch of last season’s NFC Championship. Philly have lost just one of their first first 11 games, and have looked like the best team in the league despite losing both their offensive and defensive coordinators in the offseason. Nick Siriani’s team has been in some tough, close games as of late, but have survived halftime deficits in their last four games. It’s not going to get any easier today against a Niners team that looks even better than they did during their five game win streak to start the season. San Fran has shaken off a three game skid with a three game win streak after getting healthy and adding a big piece to the puzzle on the defensive line
