Packers - Eagles injury report for NFL week 1: Isaiah Rodgers, A.J. Brown and Tucker Kraft
Both the Eagles and Packers come into Week 1 with some injury concerns though the Eagles appear to be in worse shape. Here’s a look at the injury report.
In what will be Jordan Love’s first full campaign as the Packers starting quarterback, one can imagine that the anticipation is high. That said, Love and Co. will take on an Eagles team that while a little banged up, is itching to improve on what was a disappointing campaign. With that, it’s likely that injuries will play a key role in this one, meaning both teams will be keeping an eye on their players right up until game time.
Packers - Eagles: The lay of the land
A Friday night game in Brazil is the way in which the NFL is going to kick off the 2024 season and with the Packers taking on the Eagles - two likely playoff contenders - it should be quite a show in what will be the country’s first-ever NFL game.
Of course, there have already been several talking points such as the fact that the Eagles won’t wear green, and concerns about the players’ safety, Nonetheless, kickoff is set for 8:15 p.m. ET at the Corinthians Arena in São Paulo, Brazil on Friday, September 6th and something tells us you won’t want to miss it.
Where the head-to-head between these two is concerned, the Eagles have won three of their last five meetings with the Packers though ironically, the Packers have actually scored more points across those contests (153 points compared to Philly’s 134). That of course brings us to the injury report; by the looks of things, it will be of concern to both teams. Take a look below:
