Report reveals which NFL teams have called Cowboys about Micah Parsons trade
Despite the Cowboys’ pass rusher’s request to be traded as well as no moves made on an extension, Dallas is not receiving calls for Micah Parsons.

Micah Parsons’ trade request continues to hang over Dallas Cowboys training camp, but no team has reportedly contacted the Cowboys about acquiring the All-Pro pass rusher. Contract talks between Parsons and the team have stalled, and while owner Jerry Jones insists he won’t trade him, he also isn’t certain Parsons will suit up in Week 1.
#Cowboys owner Jerry Jones was asked by @SlaterNFL how he could have a deal with Micah Parsons without anything in writing:

Jerry Jones holds firm on Micah Parsons amid no trade interest
Parsons is one of the best defenders in the league and despite his request to be traded, no teams are showing interest according to ESPN’s Todd Archer. Teams are apparently taking Jones at his word that he will not trade Parsons. Even if he would, Parsons would come at a hefty cost - likely multiple first-round picks and the largest non-quarterback contract in NFL history - a price most teams won’t be willing (or able) to pay.
The All-Pro pass-rusher is in the fifth year of his rookie deal, set to earn $24 million, with free agency theoretically possible after the season, though Dallas could still use the franchise tag. Despite attending every practice to avoid steep fines, Parsons has done little on-field work.
“I’ve seen players I wish we had renegotiated their contracts earlier and I’ve had several that I was sorry I renegotiated their contract earlier,” Jones told USA TODAY’s Jarett Bell. “The idea that if you wait there’s more money (spent) forgets that in between that wait, you get to evaluate and you frankly get to see if you’re dealing with the same physical elements of it.”
Parsons missed practice for the first time on Thursday, citing back tightness, which some view as part of his negotiation tactics - another reason rival teams may see that there’s no indication of an imminent move for Parsons.
Still, the standoff shows no signs of resolution, keeping the situation front and center at Cowboys camp.
