Shedeur Sanders issues bold statements to teams looking to land him in the NFL Draft
Shedeur Sanders is tabbed as one of the top quarterbacks in this year’s draft class, and he made a confident statement to the teams at the top of the draft board.

The NFL Draft is a little over a month away, and one of the favorites to go to the Tennessee Titans with the No. 1 overall pick has issued a stern warning to the teams lining up to land him.
“If you don’t want change, don’t take me”
After two years at the University of Colorado, Shedeur Sanders established himself as one of the top quarterbacks in the nation, and now he is primed to be at the very least a top five pick in this year’s NFL Draft.
After starting his career at Jackson State, playing under his dad Deion Sanders, he followed his pops to Boulder to finish off his career. The Buffalos struggled in their first year with the Sander’s duo on the sideline and under center, but last year Sanders had a breakout season. He passed for over 4,000 yards, 37 TDs and just 10 INTs while completion 74% of his passes.

The Titans need a quarterback, and as the worst team in the league last season they get the right to the first pick. Sanders had a bold statement “If you ain’t trying to change the franchise or the culture -- don’t get me. So, you should know history repeats itself over and over and over, and I’ve done it over and over and over, so it should be no question why a franchise should pick me.”
Cam or Sheduer? Who goes #1
Wherever Sanders goes, there will be plenty of attention following him. He knows that, because it comes with the territory of being Deion’s son. Deion was one of the most polarizing players the NFL ever saw. “You know who my dad is? They hated on him too. So, it’s almost normal; without people hating it’s not normal for us. We like the adversity. We like everything that comes with the name. That’s why we are who we are.”

Sanders isn’t working out at the NFL combine which is being held this week in Indianapolis. He will be throwing passes at Colorado’s pro day, and that will give NFL scouts their first up close and personal look of one of the top QB’s in this year’s draft class.
The other quarterback that the Titans could be considering is Miami’s Cam Ward. Ward had the Hurricane’s in the hunt for a playoff spot, and threw for more yards (4,313) and more TD passes (39) in the ACC.
