The Los Angeles Chargers have had plenty of injuries to contend with in the 2022 season but now it’s the Tennessee Titans’ turn to suffer with a series of fitness issues. There was bad news for head coach Mike Vrabel on Friday, with defensive tackle Denico Autry, cornerback Kristian Fulton, safety Amani Hooker and wide receiver Treylon Burks all ruled out. They join offensive tackle Taylor Lewan, edge defender Harold Landry, linebacker David Long Jr. and cornerback Elijah Molden on the sidelines for the visit to the Chargers. On the Los Angeles side, Bryce Callahan, Sebastian Joseph-Day and Trey Pipkins III are all rated as ‘questionable’.

Tennessee’s pass defence has not had a great time of things in recently, which hasn’t been helped by Autry’s absence. The Titans (7-6) go into the game looking to increase their lead in AFC South but have struggled in the last few weeks, losing their last three games.

The Chargers (also 7-6) trail the Kansas City Chiefs in AFC West and have been in up-and-down form of late, winning four and losing four of their last eight. But they’re coming off a 23-17 win over Miami Dolphins and have won 10 of the last 12 regular-season meetings between the teams.
