Since he joined the NFL in 2017, Los Angeles Rams wide receiver Cooper Kupp has been a standout player. That was never more obvious than in 2021, when he and the Rams won Super Bowl LVI and Kupp won the triple crown (leading the league in receptions, receiving touchdowns, and receiving yards) and the Super Bowl MVP. He’s dealt with some injuries since then, but Kupp still remains one of the best wideouts in the league right now.

Through all of that, and much long before, there was one person in his life who was always by Kupp’s side - his wife, Anna.

Meet Anna, Cooper Kupp’s life partner

Anna Kupp was Cooper Kupp’s high school sweetheart. They began dating in 2012 despite attending different schools. The two met in their senior year at a track meet.

“I knew that she was the one that I wanted to marry when we had first met back in high school,” Kupp told ESPN. “I told my mom the day I met her, ‘I’m going to marry this girl.’”

The couple stayed together, going off to separate colleges - Anna to the University of Arkansas, where she competed as a heptathlete, and Cooper to Eastern Washington, where his football prowess really began to take off. In 2014, the two were engaged and Anna transferred to Eastern Washington to be closer to Cooper.

When Kupp realized that the NFL was something he wanted to pursue, his priorities became school and football. Anna supported him, emotionally and financially. She worked full time in addition to studying so that Cooper would have the time and energy to dedicate to football.

They got married in June 2015 when they were just sophomores in college. Cooper was 22 and Anna was 21. Although they were young, they were certain they’d found their soulmate in each other. In 2017, Cooper was drafted by the Los Angeles Rams, making his NFL dreams come true, something which he gives a lot of credit to Anna.

“Without a doubt, there’s no doubt in my mind, not only would I not be here where I am today without her or accomplishing the things that I would be doing,” said Kupp. “I really believe I may not be in this - I may not be in the NFL if it wasn’t for her and what she has inspired in me and pushed me to do.”

By 2018, Anna and Cooper welcomed their first son, Cooper Jameson, nicknamed June (short for Junior). In 2021, they had their second son, Cypress Stellar. And in June 2023, they welcomed their third son, Solas Reign.

In 2024, Anna and Cooper started a business venture, opening a coffee brand called Dodo Coffee Co. They have a physical location in Fayettville, Arkansas, but also sell coffee online. In addition to that, they host a podcast together called “Daily Grind”, in which they talk about Cooper’s NFL career, raising children, and working at their company together.
