Thursday Night Football: Baltimore Ravens vs Tampa Bay Buccaneers injury report
The Tampa Bay Bucs get ready to host the Baltimore Ravens needing to snap a two game losing skid while the Ravens are seeking their first win streak.
The Baltimore Ravens travel south to Tampa Bay to get Week 8 of the NFL regular season kicked off from Raymond James Stadium. On a short week, both teams have a handful of players on the injury report. While some have already been ruled out for the prime time matchup, others will have until Thursday at 8:15 ET to lick their wounds and take the field on under the lights at Raymond James Stadium.
Tampa need a ray of light
Tampa Bay has lost three of their last four games, and Tom Brady has a losing record this far into the season for the first time since 2002. It has been far from pretty for Todd Bowles’ team in his first year as head coach. The defense has been the only reason for the Bucs few bright flashes this year.
The offense has been putrid over the last three weeks. Brady and the Bucs are averaging just 14 points in the three games leading up to Thursday night’s game. They will now look to end this losing skid with some important names on the injury report heading into their spot light match up with the Ravens on Thursday night.

Back-to-back for Baltimore?
The Ravens have been exchanging wins and losses each week. They have yet to string more than win together, but they haven’t lost back to back games this season either. They still sit at the top of the AFC North, but the Bengals are right on their heels with the same 4-3 record as Baltimore.
At the beginning of the season it was Lamar Jackson and the offense carrying the Ravens, but over the last four weeks Baltimore has scored more than 20 points just once, coming in their 23-20 win over Cleveland last week. Getting Gus Edwards back after the running back missed over 600 days due to a knee injury will give this offense a big boost, but they have 10 players on the injury report coming going into Thursday’s game.
