During the offseason Hill highlighted the talent of Tua Tagovaila and with just two meetings into the campaign the duo have shown plenty of chemistry.

Before the start of the NFL 2022-23 campaign, the Miami Dolphins were seen as one of the teams with the greatest growth and increase in postseason possibilities. In just two weeks, Miami has lived up to expectations and much of the success is due to Tyreek Hill.

After his second game as a member of the Dolphins, ‘Cheetah’ is already the NFL leader in receiving yards (284) and is coming off a performance of 11 catches, 190 yards and two touchdowns against the Baltimore Ravens .

Hill’s start to the season only confirms the WR’s confidence in Tua Tagovailoa. During the offseason, the West Alabama graduate began a campaign to recognize the quarterback as one of the most talented in history- Tagovailoa leads the league in passing yards (739) and touchdowns (7).

For Patrick Mahomes , the explosive start of the Hill-Tagovailoa duo could go unnoticed considering that the Chiefs QB also has an enviable start to the season. The Texas Tech product has 595 yards, seven TDs, no interceptions (Tua, for his part, has already turned the ball over twice).

However, there is something that must bother Mahomes considerably about Hill. While 'Cheetah' leads the NFL in receiving yards, Kansas City only has one player who exceeds 100 receiving yards. Travis Kelce has 172 yards and his closest follower is JuJu Smith-Schuster with 89.

With 15 games to go, only time will tell who finishes the campaign better. Miami’s next litmus test will come in week 3, when they host the mighty Bills; for their part, the Chiefs will have a high caliber matchup in week 4, when they play in Tampa Bay, a city with a team that brings back bad memories.
