Update:

Dallas Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott earned a contract extension with the team this season, which just so happened to make him the highest-paid NFL player in the league with an average annual salary of $60 million. That’s not even counting what he earns on top of that for endorsements and commercial appearances.

Prescott stars in ad for Marvel movie

Prescott’s most recent TV adventure features him starring alongside actor Tom Hardy in a Sony/Marvel team-up commercial for Marvel’s new movie “Venom: The Last Dance”. In the commercial, Prescott actually makes a joke about his new contract.

In the ad, Prescott walks with Hardy’s character in the movie, Eddie Brock, who shares his body with an alien symbiote (a fictional species of extraterrestrial parasites in the Spiderman comics). Eventually they come across a horse and Hardy asks Prescott how fast he can make it move. He responds, “Nuh-uh! This is NOT in my new contract!” and tells Hardy he’s “not that kind of Cowboy”.

Also featured in the ad is Prescott’s signature dance and signature “Here we gooo!” pre-snap call. Have a look:

Prescott has been in several commercials throughout his nine years with the Cowboys, including ads for 7-11, Sleep Number, and DirecTV.
