As if things weren’t already complicated enough for many teams heading into Week 15. Now, it seems many may have to contend with bad weather as well.
Now that we’ve arrived at the business end of the 2023 NFL regular season, it would be fair to say that the last four games are absolutely critical for almost every team involved. Whether it’s about securing a division title and with it a preferential seeding, or simply fighting for a spot in the playoffs, the end result is the same: There is a lot riding on these games.
The weather forecast for NFL’s Week 15 doesn’t look good
God, fate, or simply mother nature. No matter how you choose to call it, the fact remains that when it comes to our plans, they do little to hinder the plans of something greater. Indeed, the NFL’s teams in Week 15 which is massive in terms of the playoff picture are about to be given a lesson in that idea. With heavy rain expected in multiple regions across the country, one has to assume that some teams are going to get a helping hand, while others are going to rue the showers from above. In case you’re wondering the forecast stretches past Monday, meaning not only the weekend slate, but Week 15′s closer will be affected as well.
If there’s one team that appears to be prepared, it would be the Cleveland Browns who have an early game on Sunday evening against the Chicago Bears. Indeed, when asked about the forecast, Browns head coach Kevin Stefanski said, “In 4yrs, I’ve learned you can’t predict the weather, period. But you really can’t predict it in Cleveland. And Cleveland Browns Stadium has its own climate. So we’re prepared for anything.” Indeed, it does. With that, let’s take a look at the Week 15 games that stand to be affected by the weather:
