Which city will host the NFL Super Bowl in 2027?
Super Bowl LXI will be played in California again and will be the second time the state of the art venue will host the showpiece game.


The curtain will come down on the 2025-26 NFL season in Santa Clara on Sunday night as the Seattle Seahawks face New England Patriots in Super Bowl LX.
On Monday morning, football fans across the country, and indeed further afield, will be wondering what they’re going to do with their time now that no games are on the horizon.

The 2026-27 NFL season will start on Thursday, September 10, 2026. The regular season will run through to January 10, 2027, with the postseason action slated to begin the following weekend on Saturday, January 16, 2027.
Super Bowl LXI
As for Super Bowl LXI, it will be played at the Sofi Stadium in Inglewood, California on Sunday, February 14, 2027.
The home stadium of both the LA Rams and Chargers, which opened in September 2020, will host its second championship game in a short spell of time with the new state of the art the stadium boasting a capacity of 70,240, expandable to over 100,000 for major events.
