The winningest quarterback in the history of the game is set to kickoff his career in FOX´s Week 1 match up between the Dallas Cowboys and the Cleveland Browns.

Brady kicks off with “America’s team”

With his golden boy looks, genius knowledge of the game, and gift of gab, Tom Brady was made for TV, and made to be a commentator. That’s why FOX offered him a 10 year mega contract worth $375 million shortly after he hung it up for the second and final time.

Whether you love him or hate him, you are going to tune in to see what the seven time Super Bowl champion has to say throughout America´s Game of the Week. He will be joined alongside play-by-play man Kevin Burkhardt who was formally joined in the booth by Greg Olsen until the network made way for Brady to come in and take the landmark game each week.

Brady´s debut game was announced by FOX pregame analyst and former foe Michael Strahan, informed him and the world that he would be doing the Cowboys vs. Browns game to get the season underway. Brady responded by admitting it might take some getting used to given FOX´s relationship with Dallas. “Amazing. Obviously, having the Cowboys on is a huge draw as America´s Team… that’s going to get a little hard for me to say because that’s been the competition for a long time. I know how important they are for this network.”

While the entire schedule for America´s Game of the Week hasn’t been released yet, there are 11 games that have been confirmed for Brady and Burkhardt this year. The other games will be decided throughout the regular season. As of now these are the games that have been confirmed.

  • Week 1: Dallas @ Cleveland
  • Week 3: Baltimore @ Dallas
  • Week 6: Detroit @ Dallas
  • Week 7: Kansas City @ San Francisco
  • Week 9: Detroit @ Green Bay
  • Week 12: San Francisco @ Green Bay
  • Week 13: New York Giants @ Dallas (Thanksgiving)
  • Week 14: Buffalo @ LA Rams
  • Week 15: Pittsburgh @ Philadelphia
  • Week 16: Pittsburgh @ Baltimore
  • Week 17: Dallas @ Philadelphia

That leaves us with seven games that are still to be undecided. While FOX´s schedule is confirmed, the games have not been. We will give you a list of the games FOX has during the vacant weeks, and let you decide for yourselves, while we highlight our favorites.

Week 2:

  • Colts @ Packers
  • Saints @ Cowboys
  • Giants @ Commanders
  • Seahawks @ Partriots
  • Buccaneers @ Lions
  • Rams @ Cardinals

Colts vs. Packers stands out, but the Patriots are going to stink this year and having Brady on a Pats game is probably on the Fox agenda. They probably want to get that out of the way before we get too deep into the season.

Week 4:

  • Bengals @ Panthers
  • Rams @ Bears
  • Saints @ Falcons
  • Eagles @ Buccaneers
  • Patriots @ 49ers
  • Commmanders @ Cardinals

Eagles vs. Buccaneers is a rematch of last year’s playoff game that Baker Mayfield and the Bucs put an end to the Eagles nightmare end of the season.

Week 5:

  • Panthers @ Bears
  • Browns @ Commanders
  • Dolphins @ Patriots
  • Cardinals @ 49ers
  • Raiders @ Broncos

Cardinals vs. Niners may not be a huge draw, but depending on how the Cardinals come out and start the season, that could be interesting, and having the Niners on TV always draws a crowd.

Week 8:

  • Cardinals @ Dolphins
  • Falcons @ Buccaneers
  • Packers @ Jaguars
  • Titans @ Lions
  • Bills @ Seahawks
  • Saints @ Chargers

Packers vs. Jaguars features two of the leagues most promising young quarterback, and if there is something Tom Brady knows a little about it would be QBs.

Week 10:

  • Falcons @ Saints
  • Vikings @ Jaguars
  • Patriots @ Bears
  • 49ers @ Buccaneers
  • Titans @ Chargers

Niners vs. Bucs looks about as appetizing as any of the games on the slate for Week 10. It’s sort of slim pickings this week, but the NFC South rivalry could sneak its way into America´s Game of the Week.

Week 11:

  • Browns @ Saints
  • Packers @ Bears
  • Rams @ Patriots
  • Falcons @ Broncos
  • Seahawks @ 49ers

Packers vs. Bears is a rivalry game that FOX shouldn’t want to miss out on. Those two teams are going to be good for a long while and getting Brady on one of the first matchups between Love and Williams might be the way to go.

Week 18:

  • TBD
