Update:

NFL Fantasy Football Week 4 Start ‘Ems

Quarterbacks

Jordan Love (Green Bay Packers) vs Dallas Cowboys

Start any quarterback against the Dallas defense. Yes, any of them. Russell Wilson and Caleb Williams looked like Tom Brady out there the last two weeks. Through the last three weeks, they’ve allowed the most fantasy points to quarterbacks. The last time Love went up against the Cowboys, he put up 272 passing yards and three touchdowns. Start him.

Daniel Jones (Indianapolis Colts) @ Los Angeles Rams

Daniel Jones has been the surprise of the season as the Colts remain undefeated through the first three weeks. The Rams won’t be an easy opponent, but neither were the Broncos, and Jones put up 228 yards and one touchdown against them - and no interceptions. Jones has proven he’s a different QB this year, and his rushing ability gives him an even greater upside.

Running Backs

Quinshon Judkins (Cleveland Browns) @ Detroit Lions

The rookie running back has been easing into the Cleveland offense and last week, he was given more of the workload, and he maximized on it. He finished the win against the Packers with 18 carries for 94 yards and a touchdown. He’s likely to get even more touches against the Lions in Week 4.

Trey Benson (Arizona Cardinals) vs Seattle Seahawks

With James Conner out for the season, Trey Benson steps into the driver’s seat as Arizona’s lead back. Benson has already flashed his explosiveness, and now he’s set to command the bulk of early-down and red-zone opportunities. Even if the Cardinals sprinkle in another back on passing downs, Benson’s projected workload is too valuable to ignore. The matchup also favors Benson. Seattle is giving up the 12th-most fantasy points to RBs.

Wide Receivers

Tre Tucker (Las Vegas Raiders) vs Chicago Bears

Tre Tucker just torched Washington with 145 yards and three touchdowns, and the breakout wasn’t a fluke. He’s been peppered with 17 targets over the last two weeks and is quickly becoming a favorite for Geno Smith. Now he draws a dream matchup against Chicago, who has allowed the second-most fantasy points to wide receivers this year.

Keenan Allen (Los Angeles Chargers) @ New York Giants

Consistency is the name of the game with Keenan Allen. He’s scored in every game this season while clearing at least 60 yards each time. Justin Herbert continues to lean on him in high-leverage situations, and that won’t change against the Giants, who rank near the bottom of the league in passing yards allowed to WRs. Allen’s floor is one of the safest in fantasy, and his ceiling stays strong in this matchup. Pencil him in as a solid WR1.

Tight Ends

Jake Ferguson (Dallas Cowboys) vs Green Bay Packers

With CeeDee Lamb sidelined by a high ankle sprain, Jake Ferguson is stepping into a massive role in Dallas’ passing attack. He turned 14 targets into 13 catches and 82 yards last week - numbers rarely seen from a tight end. Ferguson now leads the position in fantasy scoring through three weeks, and the volume isn’t going away. Green Bay’s defense is tough, but Ferguson’s role is solid until Lamb returns..

Hunter Henry (New England Patriots) vs Carolina Panthers

Hunter Henry is becoming one of Drake Maye’s most trusted weapons. He erupted for 90 yards and two touchdowns last week, showing off both reliability and red-zone dominance. Carolina has struggled badly against tight ends, allowing over 15 fantasy points per game to the position. Henry might not always see double-digit targets, but 6–8 with scoring upside is plenty to make him a must-start in Week 4.
