In the second quarter of the game, quarterback Trey Lance attempted to throw a pass to wide receiver Malik Turner to score a touchdown. However, the pass was almost intercepted by the opposing team. Fortunately, the ball bounced back and was eventually caught by tight end Ross Dwelley, resulting in the only touchdown that the 49ers scored during the game.
