Who will take over for Alvin Kamara as the running back for the Saints?

The New Orleans Saints were without starting running back Alvin Kamara for the first three games of the season due to a suspension. That’s why they went to work to find a replacement, and one of the solutions could be Kareem Hunt.

Hunt is a free agent who visited the Saints in New Orleans. He spent the past four seasons with the Cleveland Browns, where he was in the role of being prepared for him with the Saints. Hunt had the brightest moments of his career in Kansas City. In the first season, he ran for 1,327 yards and eight touchdowns; in the second season, in just 11 games, he ran for 824 yards and seven touchdowns. Additionally, Chris Lammons of the Indianapolis Colts has been suspended for three games due to his involvement in a fight in Las Vegas in February 2022, which left a man injured. Both players have pleaded guilty to misdemeanor breach of peace and, as a result, have been ordered to complete community service and pay over $100,000 to the victim. Despite this setback, Kamara has been one of New Orleans’ most productive players since being named offensive rookie of the year for the 2017 season.
