Things got heated between Tampa Bay and New Orleans on Sunday afternoon, when a brawl broke out in the fourth quarter of the Week 2 matchup - a brawl that was allowed to go on far longer than it should have.

Another brawl for Evans, Lattimore

The score was tied at 3 when Bucs receiver Mike Evans shoved New Orleans star cornerback Marshon Lattimore to the ground following an incomplete pass to Bucs wide receiver Scotty Miller with just under 13 minutes remaining. Several players on both sides of the field started exchanging words and getting more physical, including Lattimore and Brady.

Evans and Lattimore, who got involved in a similar encounter back in 2017, were ejected.

After a scrum that lasted for a few minutes near midfield, order was restored by the officials, and the game continued, despite things never really calming down between the NFC South rivals.

Following the ejections, the Bucs scored their first touchdown, a 28-yard pass from Brady to Breshad Perriman with 7:41 to play, while the Saints offense continued to struggle for the rest of the game.

Tom Brady, who had lost four consecutive regular-season matchups with the Saints, appeared visibly frustrated throughout the match, with cameras catching the 45-year-old throwing his helmet and a tablet at the ground while on the sidelines. Despite his frustration, the Buccaneers defeated the New Orleans Saints 20-10.
