Will Taylor Swift be at Arrowhead for Ravens vs Chiefs Thursday Night Football?

Reigning Super Bowl champions Kansas City Chiefs will kick off the NFL season with Thursday Night Football at Arrowhead Stadium where they’ll take on reigning MVP Lamar Jackson and the Baltimore Ravens.

While that’s all good and exciting, some people really just want to know one thing - Will Taylor Swift be there?! And the answer is yes!

Taylor Swift became a staple at Chiefs games last year after she started dating tight end Travis Kelce. Since then, their romance has made headlines almost weekly, as she attended 13 of his games, including Super Bowl LVIII, and he came to several of her concerts during her Eras Tour, even participating once.

The pop icon returned to the U.S. recently as the European leg of her Eras Tour came to a close. With the Chiefs’ opening game coming up tomorrow, Swift is scheduled to be in attendance, along with both of her parents, Kelce’s parents, Kelce’s brother Jason, and sister-in-law Kylie. The last time the Chiefs and Ravens met was when they fought for the AFC Championship and Swift was there to see her beaux and the Chiefs win the title.

A source close to Swift said that “she wouldn’t miss it for anything in the world.”

“After the long Euro part of the tour, where Travis was able to come show up and spend time with her when he could, she wants to show him that she supports him. She can’t wait for the start of the season and attend as many games as she can, starting this Thursday.”

“The goal is to go to as much games as possible this season when the schedule allows it,” the source said.

In fact, she is likely to be at the Chiefs’ first five games before the U.S. leg. of her Eras Tour kicks off on October 18 in Miami, Florida. The tour will run through December 8 with her last show in Vancouver, Canada.
