Wives and girlfriends of the Dallas Cowboys
NFL players are only on the field for a short time throughout the year, so it’s normal to wonder what (and who) they get up to in their free time.
It’s normal to wonder about the relationships of your favorite NFL players. As far as we know, most of them do have lives outside of their NFL careers. The wives and girlfriends of the players are typically extremely supportive as they watch their significant other go through tough physical tests every Sunday during the season and cheer them on at games even when they travel all the time. Plus, many do the majority of taking care of the family throughout the NFL season. Let’s meet some of the women who are with the Dallas Cowboys players.
Sarah Jane Ramos - Dak Prescott’s girlfriend
The Dallas Cowboys quarterback made his relationship with Sarah Jane Ramos public in September 2023. Only two months later, she and Prescott announced they were expecting a child. They welcomed their baby girl to the world in February 2024.
Sarah Jane is from Tampa Bay, Florida and studied criminalistics and criminal science at Florida State University. She switched to working in the hospitality industry after graduating. The 31-year-old now works for Southern Glazers Wine & Spirits as a distribution manager for the Tampa Bay Area.
Halle Woodard - Ezekiel Elliott’s girlfriend
Elliott makes his return to Dallas after spending a year with the New England Patriots, and there’s one woman who’s been by his side through it all - girlfriend Halle Woodard. Woodard is from Iowa and graduated from nursing school in 2020. She now works as an aesthetic nurse, caring for people who have undergone cosmetic or dermatological surgery. She also works as a personal trainer.
Woodard and Elliott have been together since 2017 and caught media attention when she attended a Cowboys game against the 49ers in Dallas in 2022. The Cowboys lost, but Zeke had a standout game, bringing a lot of attention to his girlfriend cheering in the stands. Otherwise, the two prefer to keep their relationship quite private, sharing very little on social media.
Joie Chavis - Trevon Diggs’ girlfriend
The Cowboys cornerback started dating Joie Chavis in 2022. Chavis is 35 years old and is a dancer, TikTok star, and founder of a health and fitness brand called Joie in Life. She announced on Instagram that she is pregnant with her third child - the first with Diggs.
Chavis has two other children - a 12-year-old daughter named Shai, who she had with rapper Bow Wow, and a 5-year-old son named Hendrix, who she had with rapper Future. Diggs also has two other children, 8-year-old son Aiden and 3-year-old son Chosen.
Briannon Lepman Cooks - Brandin Cooks’ wife
Lepman Cooks is from Oregon and studied family sciences and human development at Oregon State University. She met Brandin Cooks when he played college football at Oregon State and she was a member of the cheerleading team. The two stayed together in a long-distance relationship when he signed a contract with the New Orleans Saints and she stayed in Oregon to finish school. In 2018, when Cooks played for the Los Angeles Rams, he proposed to Lepman Cooks in a helicopter ride and the two got married later that year. They now have two sons together, 2-year-old Maverick Archer and 4-month-old Ser Dash.
Haley Cavinder - Jake Ferguson’s girlfriend
The Cowboys tight end is dating another athlete. 23-year-old Haley Cavinder plays college basketball for the Miami Hurricanes and has become famous on social media, sharing a TikTok account with her twin and teammate Hanna.
Cavinder and Ferguson sparked rumors of their romance in October 2023 when he posted a photo on Instagram hugging Cavinder. She confirmed it on her Twin Talk podcast in November. Ferguson lovingly refers to her as his “shorty” and even has a collage of photos with Cavinder saved to his Instagram stories, labeled “With Shorty”.
Jenn Aubrey - wife of Brandon Aubrey
Jenn and Aubrey first started dating when they were in college together at Notre Dame. They made their relationship public in 2016. Jenn and Brandon were both college athletes - he played soccer and she played lacrosse. Jenn graduated with a double major in finance and Chinese and now works as a pilot and aircraft dispatcher. The couple got married in January of 2019.
It was Jenn who convinced Aubrey to have a go at playing football instead of soccer. Just before undergoing a challenging brain surgery, she made the suggestion to Aubrey and he ended up becoming the kicker for the Dallas Cowboys. Aubrey began his football career with the USFL’s Birmingham Stallions in 2022 and helped them win back-to-back championships. He then signed with the Dallas Cowboys and ended up having a fantastic season as their kicker last year, making 36 of 38 field goal attempts and 49 of 52 extra points for a total of 157 points in 17 games for Dallas.
