Update:

Love them or hate them, chances are you’ve got an opinion on these objectively ugly but less objectively comfortable shoes. I’m talking about Crocs, of course. The National Football League has just teamed up with the shoe brand - let’s see if their designs make them more aesthetically pleasing.

From Chiefs to Cowboys: NFL teams get Crocs makeover

The NFL and Crocs teamed up in a new multiyear licensing deal, bringing team-themed clogs and Jibbitz charms to football fans. The first wave includes designs for 14 franchises, with plans to expand to all 32 teams and even into other product categories like bags.

“We’re excited to join forces with a brand that shares the same passion and loyalty from its fans as we do,” said Matias Infante, vice president of global marketing at Crocs. “This collection goes far beyond product - it’s about creating unforgettable experiences that bring our communities even closer to the game they love.”

Here are the first 14 teams to get their Crocs:

  • Kansas City Chiefs
  • Philadelphia Eagles
  • Detroit Lions
  • San Francisco 49ers
  • Pittsburgh Steelers
  • Chicago Bears
  • Buffalo Bills
  • Las Vegas Raiders
  • Dallas Cowboys
  • Miami Dolphins
  • Minnesota Vikings
  • Cincinnati Bengals
  • Houston Texans
  • Denver Broncos

Crocs has already partnered with the NBA, MLB, NHL, and college programs, but the NFL was a major missing piece - until now. The launch comes at a key moment, as Crocs faces sales challenges in the U.S. and looks to tap into the massive football fan base. Early sales on NFLshop.com, crocs.com, Fanatics, and Dick’s Sporting Goods will reveal whether fans embrace the new game-day footwear.
