2023 Genesis Scottish Open: Round 2 Friday tee times, pairings, and featured groups

The 2023 Genesis Scottish Open teed off on Thursday from the Renaissance Club, and it was a relatively unknown golfer who climbed to the top of the leaderboard by the end of the day.

Byeong Hun An has never won on the PGA Tour, but he shot nine under on Thursday in Scotland to take a two shot lead heading into Friday morning. He will tee off 9:42 a.m. ET alongside Robby Shelton and Tapio Pulkkanen.

Featured Groups

The action starts at 2:15 a.m. ET as Ben Taylor, Gavin Green and Matthieu Pavon tee off on No. 1 while Charley Hoffman, Padraig Harrington and Daniel Hller tee off at No. 10 at the same time.

Ricky Fowler, Wyndham Clark and Tyrell Hatton will be starting their Friday on No. 10 at 3:10 am, just after Scottie Scheffler, Viktor Hovland and Shane Lowry tee off at 2:59 a.m ET from the tenth hole.

For those of you who aren’t as keep to wake up at that hour, Rory McIlroy, Xander Schauffle and Justin Thomas will tee off at 8:14 a.m. ET. Right after them, Jordan Spieth, Tommy Fleetwood and Robert MacIntyre will tee off their second round.
