As golf enthusiasts gear up for another thrilling year, the 2025 PGA Tour Majors promise some of the most anticipated tournaments in recent years. With iconic venues and top-notch competition, here’s a detailed look at where and when the four Majors will be played.

The PGA tour explained:

The Masters: from April 7-13, 2025 at Augusta National Golf Club, Georgia, USA

The Masters, perhaps the most recognizable and beloved tournament in golf, will once again be held at its traditional home—Augusta National. With Tiger Woods and Jack Nicklaus boasting multiple victories here, the tournament continues to hold a special place in golf’s history.

PGA Championship: from May 12-18, 2025 at Quail Hollow Club, Charlotte, North Carolina

The 2025 PGA Championship will return to Quail Hollow Club, a venue that has hosted this major before, offering challenging greens and a scenic course layout. Quail Hollow is famous for its “Green Mile,” a tough closing stretch of holes that can make or break a golfer’s round. Previous winners at this venue include some of the top names in golf, and the 2025 edition promises to be no different.

U.S. Open: from June 9-15, 2025 at Oakmont Country Club, Pennsylvania, USA

The U.S. Open heads back to one of the toughest courses in America: Oakmont Country Club. Known for its brutally fast greens and challenging rough, Oakmont has earned its reputation as a course where par feels like an accomplishment. Hosting the U.S. Open for a record number of times, Oakmont’s history includes victories by legends such as Ben Hogan and Jack Nicklaus.

The Open Championship: from July 14-20, 2025 at Royal Portrush Golf Club, Northern Ireland

The oldest major, The Open Championship, returns to Royal Portrush in Northern Ireland. This stunning links course, which was last featured in 2019, will again challenge players with its unpredictable weather and rugged terrain. As one of the few Open venues outside Scotland and England, Royal Portrush holds a unique place in the Open rota, providing a mix of tradition and modernity.
