One of the biggest fights of the year, perhaps even of the last generation is on for Saturday, April 20. With a grudge going back to their amateur days, Devin Haney and Ryan Garcia have been building up to a humdinger.

The words, and more, got stronger as the build up continued. Garcia has been ranting on social media to an extreme level and Haney lost his cool in a face off, slapping his opponent.

The entire show was put into jeopardy when Garcia missed the 140 pound weight limit. The WBC Super Lightweight title was taken off the table, but some quick negotiating between the two sides meant that the fight was still on.

All the disrespectful talk between the two fighters has people wondering just how bad the blood between these two is. Haney set the record straight. “I respect everybody that gets in the ring. He is at the highest level for a reason. But, it is for me to go in there and show him that you are not on my level. You are not Devin Haney good. That is for me to prove, and that’s what I will do.”
