Meanwhile, Serbian Novak Djokovic and Greek Stefanos Tsitsipas will be batting not only to be Australian Open champions but also to become world number one.
Tsitsipas has yet to win a Grand Slam tournament, while Djokovic holds the record for most Australian Open trophies at nine.

If you want to watch the competition live, it would be best to purchase tickets soonest as they are going fast. They are available at Ticket Master, where you can choose from various options.
Finals weekend ground passes without arena access begin from $59, while a night ground pass (without arena access) is available starting from $19.
Tickets to the women’s final begin at $249, while those for the men cost much more at $599 for the cheapest entries. Those who still want to purchase entries to watch Djokovic and Tsitsipas will have to put their names on the waiting list for new ticket releases.
