How much prize money did Ben Griffin win at the Charles Schwab Challenge?
Many of the world’s top players were in action at Colonial Country Club over the weekend, fighting over a $9.5 million total prize purse.

After three rounds of action at the Charles Schwab, both Ben Griffin and Matti Schmid came into the final day of action sharing the top spots and teed up together for Sunday’s final round with both players holding a four-shot cushion.
Both carded 2-under 68s in Saturday’s third round at Colonial Country Club, keeping them at 13-under overall. One has a chance at a first solo PGA Tour win. The other is looking for his first win of any kind.
Both the American and the German were neck-and-neck all afternoon with the German clawing his way back into contention with Griffin holding just a one shot lead going into the final two holes.

A slip up from the German on the 17th saw Griffin two shots ahead as both men teed up on the final hole as the North Carolina native held his nerve to win his first PGA title.
What is the prize purse at the Charles Schwab Challenge?
