How much prize money does the winner get at the 2025 Procore Championship?

The 2025 Procore Championship gets underway today at the Silverado Resort in Napa Valley, California. The tournament is a PGA TOUR event and will be staged at the Silverado Resort’s North Course.

The tournament is being used by many of the Team USA as a perfect warm-up ahead of the 2025 Ryder Cup which takes place at the end of the month with two notable exceptions.

Xander Schauffele: The 31-year-old is skipping the event to take some time away from golf as he has endured a turbulent season and failed to qualify for the Tour Championship, so he is prioritizing rest and personal time ahead of the Ryder Cup.

Bryson DeChambeau: He is ineligible to play in PGA Tour events, including the Procore Championship, because of his status as a member of the LIV Golf League.

Pre-tournament favourites

The overwhelming pre-tournament favorite for the 2025 Procore Golf Championship is World No. 1 Scottie Scheffler but the 29-year-old will be pushed all the way by the likes of: Russell Henley, Justin Thomas, Patrick Cantlay, Sam Burns, Cameron Young, Collin Morikawa and Ben Griffin.

Other non Ryder Cup team players also in contention include the likes of Maverick McNealy and Max Homa, a two-time winner of the event.

Winners purse

The winner of the 2025 Procore Championship will receive a prize of $1,080,000 on Sunday night with the total purse for the tournament being $6,000,000. The 2nd place prize is $654,000 with the third placed golfer set to pocket $414,000.
