Mayweather vs Gotti III ‘incredible’ ticket prices revealed: how much is it to attend the fight?

‘Money’ will return to the ring this summer to take on John Gotti III again in Mexico in a fight where ticket prizes are surprisingly expensive.

Update:
‘Money’ will return to the ring this summer to take on John Gotti III again in Mexico in a fight where ticket prizes are surprisingly expensive.

Floyd Mayweather is back. The undefeated former boxer (50-0) will step into the ring again to take on John Gotti III in Mexico, an exhibition bout that will see both men exchanging shots again after their first meeting in June 2023.

Money likes to stay active and these clashes provided him with large amounts of cash. The Grand Rapids native, considered one of the best defensive fighters boxing has seen, defeated Gotti III in their first encounter.

The referee stopped the fight in the sixth round, but the grandson of the kingpin John Gotti continued to throw punches at the former pro boxer after the stoppage, which sparked a wider brawl in and out of the ring.

Mayweather vs Gotti: one of the most expensive tickets ever

After the altercation during their first fight, both men are ready to go at it again, while boxing fans could tune up to watch Mayweather take on the controversial Gotti III, which will be held at Mexico City Arena, in Azcapotzalco, Mexico City.

Although it’s an exhibition fight, the ticket prices to attend the event are surprisingly high, as they are probably among the most expensive for a boxing match ever.

According to Mexican ticket outlet Super Tickets, a “cheap seat” costs $2,624, while a “general” ringside seat goes up to $51,094. If those figures weren’t incredibly high, an ‘Imperial Ringside’ seat, in the best location, is $128,076.

Considering how expensive it is to watch the fight in the arena, it may be more interesting to know how many people will attend the Mexico City Arena than to witness who comes out on top.
