Who is Ludvig Aberg’s girlfriend? Meet former Texas Tech tennis player Olivia Peet
The rising golf star and former D1 tennis player have taken their college romance global.

Ludvig Aberg’s girlfriend, Olivia Peet, is a former Division 1 tennis player from Texas Tech University, and the couple’s relationship has quietly become one of the more glamorous pairings on the PGA Tour. They met in Lubbock, Texas, while both were student-athletes – Aberg swinging golf clubs, Peet crushing it on the court.
Olivia Peet: tennis and golfing romance
Originally from Manchester, England, Peet was one of the top junior tennis players in the UK before heading stateside. She played five years for the Lady Raiders, winning over 140 matches across singles and doubles, earning multiple academic and athletic honors, and finishing her time at Tech with a master’s in sport and fitness administration.
Since Aberg turned pro in 2023, Peet has been a regular presence by his side. Aberg’s rapid rise – two PGA Tour wins and a runner-up finish at the 2024 Masters in his very first major – has been mirrored by Peet’s steady support. Whether cheering him on in Augusta, walking the fairways at The Genesis Invitational in San Diego, or snapping selfies at the Paris Olympics, she’s been front and center through it all. Social media helps us follow the interactions, on the surface at least.
Their relationship went public ahead of the 2023 Ryder Cup in Rome. From there, the couple has shared highlights from a packed calendar of elite sporting events and international travel. They’ve also returned to their old college stomping grounds more than once – most recently attending a Texas Tech football game in fall 2024.
Olivia Peet: fundraiser and influencer
Peet now works in athletics fundraising at Texas Tech and is growing a career as a health and fitness influencer. In interviews, she’s spoken about the confidence and empowerment she gained through sport, and how much she values surrounding herself with strong women, something she hopes to pass on to the next generation.
Aberg has credited Peet with deepening his appreciation for tennis, and Peet, in turn, often calls him “the best.” After his win at Torrey Pines in February 2025, she summed it up perfectly: “So proud of you.”
