The passion for Formula 1 overflows in the country’s capital every time the Mexico City Grand Prix takes place, as there are thousands of followers of the highest category of motorsport. With almost a year to go before the next race takes place in Mexico, the pre-sale of tickets began this Tuesday, November 15, but not in a good way since some fans reported failures.

Just a few hours after the ticket sale announcement was made, the Ticketmaster system reported through its social networks that the system had problems, and therefore some buyers were unable to purchase their tickets. Likewise, the company made it clear that there are still tickets for all the sections of the Autódromo Hermanos Rodríguez.

Ticketmaster is presenting errors in its system, which is why it has not allowed the purchase of tickets on its digital channel, and they are working on it. We have tickets in all sections and soon we will be sharing information”, explained Ticketmaster. Another thing that users complained about was the virtual queues, since they lasted very long and then showed that there were no tickets available.

Subsequently, the Ticketmaster system announced that this Wednesday, Nov. 16, the general sale of tickets for the Mexican Grand Prix 2023 will begin.

The tweets below were posted by disgruntled customers regarding the problems they encountered in trying to buy Mexico GP tickets.
