The race is composed of 200 laps covering 500 miles, and it lasts around 3 hours. Who won the last Indy 500?

IndyCar legend Hélio Castroneves won the last Indy 500 in 2021. The now 47-year-old Brazilian outdueled Spanish Álex Palou, 25, to win his fourth Indy 500, tying the all-time record for victories in the 500 mile race.
